Now recruiters don’t need to screen resumes, nor interview candidates, or manually score them in the early stages of hiring. There are AI tools that can do that very efficiently.

Artists get better with age, e.g., painting. Yet when it comes to pop music, the famous work tends to be written when musicians are in their twenties. So, why aren't Bob Dylan or the Stones banging out amazing tunes now?

There are tools that can even automate messages and emails to candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the process.
